A refreshing energy boosting summertime drink!

Make your own healthy juices in your blender!

Carrot-Ginger Juice

  • 1 medium sized carrots (1 c) roughly chopped
  • 1/2 peeled orange
  • 1 tsp roughly chopped fresh ginger
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 1/2- 2 cups water

 

Yield: 2 large servings

 

 

Blend all ingredients on “high” for a smooth drink.

I use my Vitamix blender to make fresh veggie juice for a quick blast of refreshing energy before I head out for a hike or bike ride. Sometimes I might add 1 T bee pollen for that extra boost!

 

BeetCarrotJuiceBeet-Carrot Juice

  •  1  medium sized carrots (1 c), roughly chopped
  • 2″ x 2″ piece of peeled fresh beet (1/4c), roughly chopped
  • 1/2 peeled orange
  • 1 tsp roughly chopped fresh ginger
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 1/2- 2 cups water

Yield: 2 large servings

 

 

Blend all ingredients on “high” for a smooth drink.
